Las Vegas doctor was improperly billing for his services, now must pay back millions

Las Vegas, NV (KTNV)– Rakesh Nathu, a Las Vegas physician, will have to pay the United States government $5.7 million plus interest to settle allegations that he submitted false claims to federal health care programs for various radiation oncology services, the Justice Department announced today.
